The Role
We have a vacancy for a Senior Sous Chef . The main responsibility of this role is to support the Head Chef in all aspects of food preparation and service. The Senior Sous Chefwould also be expected to lead a shift in the absence of the Sous Chef. This would include supervising staff as they prepare food ensuring that all food served is served to the highest possible standard at all times.

Salary and Benefits
The annual salary will be between 拢39,000 and 拢42,500 p.a. depending on experience. In addition to this you would be eligible for paid overtime and a bonus every year.
